Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses the package, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping fees, and a potential re-shipping fee. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and additional charges may apply.
