You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."

To start a return, please contact us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without prior authorization.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
